At Tiger Crane Kung Fu we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment in all club related activities for our coaches and students. We are very excited to have successfully achieved the “Sport England Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts” mark, and proudly display this below. This is an independently awarded mark, as recommended by our governing body, WAKO GB – you can find more information at this link.
UPDATE Jan 2023 – We are very proud to have passed our Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts Annual Health Check again, demonstrating our continued commitment to safeguarding our coaches and students, allowing us to continue to use the safeguarding mark, below, for another year.

Codes of Conduct
Any true martial artist should behave honourably and with integrity, and we expect all of our Instructors and students to uphold these values. From a Safeguarding perspective, we are committed to the following Codes of Conduct, and ask all Instructors (coaches), parents, children and young persons involved in our activities to follow them.
What to do if you have a complaint
We do recognise that, from time to time, we can get things wrong, and we want to know when this happens so that we can continue to provide the best possible service to you. When things go wrong, we would like to sort things out with you quickly and informally, but for when this fails, we have a complaints procedure. In the first instance, get in touch with your Instructor, or the Head Instructor. As a professional organisation we will take all complaints very seriously. Our complaints procedure is below.
