** Covid-19 Update **
Due to government contact tracing guidelines, we are now required to collect contact details for all persons who will be attending class in person, and if requested to do so, will have to pass these on to the NHS Test & Trace service.
ADULT CLASSES: These details will be collected when you make a booking on our class bookings page, and will be stored in a database on our website for a period, as required by government guidelines. The details collected through our booking system will not be used by us for any other purpose than that described above.
CHILDREN’S CLASSES: These details will be collected manually by communication with parents, and kept in a similar fashion, but manually.
We will also keep manual attendance records of each class to ensure that any booking errors do not result in incorrect information being passed on to the NHS Test & Trace service.
Aside from this, our privacy policy remains as detailed below.

How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can:
- Reply to your enquiry
- Attempt to contact you in the case of needing to cancel a class or event
- Tailor our teaching based on certain personal information about you
We will share your name, sex and date of birth with WAKO GB (World Association of Kickboxing Organisations – GB) who require this data in order to arrange martial arts insurance for our students.
We are obliged to maintain and retain business accounting records for a statutory period, but will do so in accordance with current UK Data Protection laws
We will not share your data with any other organisations.
Marketing
We will, from time to time, send you information about upcoming events that we think you might like. This will normally be done in the club WhatsApp group.
If you have agreed to join this WhatsApp group, you may always opt out at a later date by leaving this group, or requesting to be removed from it.
You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to WAKO GB.
